This Romeo is bleeding, but you can't see his blood…..?
It’s nothing but some feelings, that this old dog kicked up
It’s been raining since you left me, now I’m drowning in the flood
You see I’ve always been a fighter, but without you I give up

When he holds you close, when he pulls you near
When he says the words you’ve been needing to hear
I’ll wish I was him ’cause those words are mine
To say to you till the end of time

And I will love you, baby - Always
And I’ll be there forever and a day - Always
I’ll be there till the stars don’t shine
Till the heavens burst and
The words don’t rhyme
And I know when I die, you’ll be on my mind

Moonlight and love songs -never out of date
hearts full of passion -jealously and hate
Woman needs man -and man must have his mate
That no one, can deny.

It’s still the same old story
A fight for love and glory
A case of do or die.
The world will always welcome lovers
As time goes by.

Oh yes, the world will always welcome lovers
As time goes by

Leprechaun (1993)

IMDB rating: 4.20

Plot: The movie that started it all. Warwick Davis from Willow plays a mean Leprechaun that doesn’t like to play by the rules, and will kill anyone who goes near his gold. A somewhat delusional man named Dan O’Grady brings home the gold from Ireland after he caught the leprechaun, only Leprechaun had followed him and wreaks havoc until Dan locks him in a crate and attempts to burn him, but has a stroke. 10 years later, two people buy the O’Grady’s old house, (they are J.D. and his spoiled daughter Tory), not knowing what is locked in a crate in the basement. Also there are three painters: Nathan, his brother Alex, and Alex’s dim friend Ozzie. That afternoon Ozzie and Alex find the Leprechaun’s gold, and Ozzie accidentally releases Leprechaun from his crate and he goes on a killing spree and terrorizes the four friends, trying to get his missing gold coin back. Finally they learn the only way to destroy it is to go find Dan O’Grady, thinking he may know a way. They find him at a rest home, he tells them a four leaf clover is the only way. So now Tory and her friends must find a four leaf clover in a big clover patch before Leprechaun finds them!

Beethoven’s 2nd

Beethoven's 2nd
Beethoven’s 2nd (1993)

IMDB rating: 4.20

Plot: Beethoven is back, and this time, he’s bringing the kids! It’s the further adventures of the Newton family and their lovable, lumbering pal, Beethoven. In this second “symphony” of the Beethoven saga, our hero meets Missy, the lady Saint Bernard of his dreams. Unfortunately, they are soon separated by Regina, Missy’s hateful owner who is using her as a bargaining chip in an ugly divorce. But love finds a way, and the result is four adorable, roly-poly puppies. The prospect of four valuable, purebred pups appeals to Regina’s greed, but the Newton kids come to the rescue and bring home the cuddly canines. Now if they can just convince Dad to adopt the huge, messy bundles of joy . . . Mission accomplished! But Missy is still in Regina’s evil clutches. Will Missy, Beethoven and their puppies ever be reunited? And will Regina finally get what she deserves?

Epic classical pieces?
I realize this sort of question has been asked before, but I’m looking for a certain kind of epic classical music.

Pieces I would place into this category are:
* Wagner’s Prelude from Lohengrin
* Rachmaninoff’s 2nd Piano Concerto, first movement
* Verdi’s "Dies Irae"
* Saint-Saens’ Organ Symphony, last movement
* Beethoven’s 5th symphony, first movement
* Holst’s "Jupiter"
* Vivaldi’s "Et in Terra Pax"

I would describe these pieces as having the following qualities:
* Loud
* Strong melody
* Catchy chord progression
* Steady tempo (not necessarily throughout, but where it counts)

If anyone could suggest more musical selections of similar qualities, I would be grateful.

Beethoven "Symphony No. 9" (Choral) fourth movement
Liszt "Totentanz"
Brahms "1st Symphony", fourth movement
Brahms "Academic Festival Overture"
Berlioz "Symphony Fantastique" Fifth movement
Tchaikovsky "1812 Overture" (it has cannon shots!)
Rossini "William Tell Overture" (Galop, the theme from the Lone Ranger)
Carl Orff "O Fortuna" from Carmina Burana
Khachaturian "Sabre Dance"
Mussorgsky "The Great Gate of Kiev" from Pictures at an Exhibition
Mozart "The Marriage of Figaro" Overture
Aaron Copland "Fanfare for the Common Man"
Richard Strauss "Ride of the Valkyrie"

Dies Irae, Symphony no. 9, & William Tell, all of which are pieces I played in my school’s orchestra & they were phenomenal.
