Should my mom file a missing persons report?
Well, My sister married some douche bag she only knew for 4 months, (they met and the second day after meeting they were going and and the same week they decided to get engaged and married in april, they met in January)

So, he told us his past, he had a sad past, he was abused by his mom when he was little, he got into drugs and gangs as a teen, he had sex with a 10 year old girl when he was 12 and I guess the parents pressed charges and he is a registered sex offender (level 1 so it’s not usually on his records or something like that)

Well, my religion is christian and he said he found god and he’s in a better place now, he seemed like a cool guy, he acts "gangster" he’s in a hip hop group called Godz Gang, which is also a church so we were all like cool. I still didn’t fully trust him, but all seemed good. Until..

My sister (22 has three kids from a previous relationship) came to my mom saying she might be pregnant, see my sister still lives with us and my mom told her she didn’t want him spending the night, but SURPRISE! she didn’t listen. My mom got mad and said she should have listened or at least use birth control, because her last child was born premature, and he is a little slower than where a normal 2 year old should be, and he has a lot of health problems so he needs her a lot.

They got in an argument and my sister out of the whim, decided to move out and move into a dirty motel for a week. Anyways, that was all straightened out, they got married, we weren’t fighting (she ignored everyone because of the stupid fight with my mom) they got their own apartment, well you see her husband who we don’t really know AT ALL. got her into the church, which she started acting all weird and would say off the wall things that weren’t really christian at all. All of a sudden she got this hatred for everything that wasn’t christian or wasn’t right in her mind, she was never like this she was quite the party girl.

anyways, she treated her like shit excuse my language but he would walk into our house and use our computer like he owned it, he would even kick me off. He has ADHD and ADD. He doesn’t take medication for it, so he’s off the wall all the time. He would say rude things about my family like making fun of one of my cousins for being morbidly obese, (when in fact he is too and has man boobs) and just rude things you don’t say to family now he was apart of the family.

Well my aunt didn’t like him at all and said something like "you better watch out if you mess with her" and my sister wrote my mom a letter saying she was done and she wanted nothing to do with out family. Her poor innocent kids (6,4,2 is how old they are) were very close to me and my brother and my mom, well now they are all of a sudden denied access to not just my side of the family, but also their dads side of the family whom they were also pretty close with.

We haven’t contacted her since September, she put a restraining order against my mom saying these RIDICULOUS things, like she stole her truck and set it on fire and that she is mentally ill, and that she made me call her a bitch, which I just think she is. My mom had nothing to do with that. My mom also can’t drive because she has panic attacks behind the wheel.

I am worried, apparently, she let his best friend babysit her kids and my mom just looked at the records and if it is him, he has about 7 pages of criminal records, and stuff including threatening to kill someone.

She hasn’t been on myspace, she hasn’t been at the church, her husband has been answering her cell phone. I’m worried that these kids and her could be somewhere dead, he threatened to slash his own moms tired at their family reunion, and he spray painted our rode. my mom is worried, we have gave her time to settle down, live on her own, but it’s been since September since we have tried to contact her, my other family members have tried but no success. I know in the first place she did not want to contact any of us.

The thing is, that was 5 months ago, we are worried for the safety of her children and her, especially if her husband is a registered sex offender, and we don’t know what he is capable of, since no one has heard from her since October, I am worried her and her kids could be laying in some ditch right now because I know he is capable of doing something bad.

Would it be appropriate to file a missing persons report? Or what should my parents do in this type of situation?
Also, the restraining order didn’t go through, and he would belittle my sister and discipline the kids, against her will. He would ground them for no reason, and even spank them. CPS came to their door and told her he cannot be alone with the kids, but she still did it.

my mom also did call cps not too long ago, because those kids need to get out of that home, they are probably under a lot of mental distress, The actual father is also going to try to take her to court to get visitation rights, and also my parents, but I’m not sure if she is okay..

This is what you do. First you go to the police department and you ask them to do a welfare check on your sister and her children as she has married a sex offender (child rapist) and she hasn’t been seen for a while. The police will look for him and when they find him, they will demand he produce the wife and kids. If he cannot, then you have a problem and they will investigate. If they find her ok, they will let you know she is alive.

The second thing you do is you contact family of the father of your sister’s children and you tell them and the father about the criminal record of your sister’s husband. You hint rather strongly that since your sister has "disappeared", that they seek an emergency custody order, citing the missing sister and the welfare of the children. But even if the sister does turn up, the child’s father (if possible) or his family should seek custody of these children on the grounds that they are endangered by the presence of a child rapist. If they don’t want to do this or can’t do this, then you need to notify Child Protective Services of the situation! I doubt they will think kindly of a child rapist living with minor, vulnerable children!

This will be hard to do but you need to do it NOW. Don’t let any more time go by as the welfare of those kids is at stake. It can’t make anything worse since she already isn’t talking to you and she is keeping the kids from you anyway. One last thing though, your mother should not have accepted that restraining order against her as it looks bad. She should have fought it and made her daughter prove her convictions. I think your mom needs a lawyer.

If nobody has heard from her in 5 months and her ‘husband’ (more like a creep) answers her phone and nobody has heard from her then that should tell you right there that something is wrong. Plus he is a sex offender and he could be doing awfull, disguisting, SICK things to her children. Please call the police, 5 months is long enough and somebody needs to get your sister and her kids away from her husband. He sounds like a rude ignorent person and i hope your sister is still ok. Please do something before it gets to late. I’ll pray for her safety, but please call the police.

Yeah Death Proof was far better than Planet Terror. Rodriguez’s one was just schlock horror, while Tarantino’s actually had some finesse about it, great dialogue, and real suspense with some characters you could care about. Planet Terror lacked all those things.

Try Hibbett Sports, The Sports Authority, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and even target and wal-mart. TJMAxx and MArshall’s has some Under Armour and Nike stuff too if you look hard.

Brands you want:

Since you’re gonna be running I recommend clothes that wick moisture away form your body. A good pair of tennis shoes (not too tight) and shorts. Don’t forget tracksuits for chilly fall days! a bag to carry all of your stuff would be great too.
at least:
1 pair of tennis shoes (good quality, fitting)
3 pairs of shorts (any length, easy to move in)
5 t-shirts (any kind. good old regular tshirts that are easy to move in, too.)
3 hair scrunchies and/or ponytail holders (to pull back your hair)
1 tracksuit (track pants and jacket.)
1 sling bag and/ or big bag to fit things like sneakers and dirty clothes inside. (any good quality brand will do.)
1 good water bottle (needs to be big to fit lots of water inside.)
10 bobby pins and/ or clips
2 cute ribbons in school colors
1 headband (at least to hold your hair back)
1 can of hairspray (to hold hair in place!)

To train, jog up and down the stairs a bit. if the weather is good go around the neighborhood. see how many laps you can do. push yourself but not too hard. and water, water, water!!! i can’t stress enough how much you need to drink!! warm up and do stretches before you jog. run with friends, to your ipod, or while walking the dog. as soon as the weather is good get out there!! if you have gym ask the coach if you can put in extra laps at the track. not only will you get practice it will show him how dedicated you are!

-simple braids
-pull the top of your hair back into a pouf and secure. pull rest of hair into a high ponytail and tie. add hairspray that stays.
-pull your hair back with a headband and tie your hair into a messy bun. hairspray!

There is nothing wrong with being a little chunky, its much better than having a stick figure, and curves are generally attractive if proportioned right. But cardio/aerobic exercises are proven to get rid of fat and build muscle. Things like jogging, steady biking, etc. should do the trick along with a well balanced diet.

best bet to get into shape is to go to off season practice for track. talk to the track head coach that you are interested in running, and would like to train/try out for the team. if not, you can run a couple miles a day on your own to keep your heart going

you can buy your gear from sports authority, sports chalet, dicks sporting goods, nike, big 5, running speciality stores like roadrunner or snailspace. please please, don’t get tennis shoes. get running shoes. it’s for running my favorite brand is asics, but brand differ for everyone

honestly, you can have cute hairstyles, but no one’s going to care how you wear your hair each day. everyone wears it in a ponytail during practice, and sometimes during races will put it into a french braid (either pig style or one big french braid). all the ribbon and "pretty" stuff won’t matter. be careful when wearing too many bobby pins, ribbons, accessories on your hair, ears, wrists because the red coats (or "ref-like people") who watch over the track meets will disqualify you from big meets. a simple hairtie, a few bobby pins or hair sprayed hair, and a thin headband would be fine.

How Old Is The Earth?
I just was wondering. I know it’s not 2010 years old, because that’s when the dinosaurs became extincted, and humans began ruling Earth. How many years were dinosaurs ruling Earth? How long were ice age animals such as the woolly mammoth and the saber tooth tiger alive? I’ve heard that creatures called cydescopiese lived about 3 million years ago, but that might be a myth. I tried to google cydescopiese, but nothing of that subject came up, so it won’t work. INFORMATION PLEASE!!! I will pick a best answer.

Well 2010, is not how long humans have roamed the earth, that is the date after Christ’s death. It’s what separates B.C, and A.D. humans have been around for around 2 million years. Although humans have developed since then,we are homosapiens. Dinosaurs roamed around 64 million years ago, and the times were separated into many different time periods. (such as the Jurassic time period.) But the earth itself is estimated around 4.3 or 4.6 billion years old. Animals such as the Mammoth were around about 10,000 years ago, During the Ice age era.

Should a window with water vapour inside its glasses be repaired or replaced?
One window of my 20 yr old house has water condensation inside its two glass pieces. I am thinking of drilling one or two tiny holes on the inside glass piece so that the water vapor can come out.

I realise that these holes may reduce the insulation of the window glasses, as window company told me to replace it. But then again, cold air can always come inside my house through my kitchen exhaust vent and chimney?

Drilling holes may make the problem worse but if your only other option is to replace the window, give it a shot. I’d drill the holes and then use to heat gun to warm the window and the inner space. Once the moisture has been driven out, I’d seal the tiny holes with epoxy or some other material that I could take off as needed to drive out any more moistute that accumulates.

Dual pane, insulated windows can’t be repaired. Over time the seal gets broken and loses the vaccum in between the panes. The only solution is replacement.

my stepmom works at a construction distruber company, and her dad was the co founder and vice president of plymart for 22 years, and have many family and friend in this line of work…. they say…. don’t drill in the glass, if so only one pain of glass not both of them.if you can afford it you can replace it, but not a must.

why is no one in the media drawing the mark of cain anti black lds theology with Reid if this was a con who?
belonged to a church who until 20 years ago said all black people had the mark of cain and were on lucifer’s side, I mean wouldn’t we be hearing about this??

Why are we hearing horrible things about the Mormon church when it comes to Prop 8, but nothing about Reid and this theology.
