How can I help my dog and his anxiety?
Ok, well, my dog is in my schools production of the Wizard of Oz as Toto. I’m also in the play. But whenever we try to get him to stay with Dorothy on stage he whines and whines when he can’t see me. I’m not in any scenes with him since he is in the beginning and the end. I don’t know what to do. It was his first day yesterday, could it be nerves? What can I do to make it better?
Have him spend more time with Dorothy. Dorothy needs to feed him some really good treats. Dorothy should have treats on her at all times.

Get him used to the cast when "not working" and get him used to being away from you. Have the others give him snacks and toys, have them distract him from you not being around.
Let him know the others are "good" not "bad".
