If she likes weird, you gotta get ReAnimator. Not exactly a zombie flick but campy, gory and it does have dead guys walking around.

Here’s a couple I think you and she will like: "Tomie" (Will not die, or The Beginning) Japanese. About an evil girl who cannot be killed (by anything!) and torments men especially… Also "May"… With Angela Bettis and a brunette Anna Faris as Mays’ bi coworker and friend, proving she can play more than the bubble-headed blonde in comedies. Your friend might have seen that one already if she’s twisted enough to like Cannibal Holocast! If she hasn’t seen it, she should love it…Have fun!… (Additional)- Adam S is absolutely right. If you haven’t seen "Re-Animator" It’s a must as well!
